This should include a pseudo-english description of the required business logic and rules Proof of Concept An Electronic Deliverable used to resolve debate and review and agree functional requirements. Customer customisation of look and feel can begin to be specified at this stage. Capacity Planning Sizing the solution in terms of Hardware and Software resources required to run the final executable. This can include server response testing and database tuning to maximise response. User Acceptance Testing This is the final stage of testing. A log of errors is created and held on file for future reference. Ongoing changes and fixes applied to your system for final Implementation The Go Live Timetabled event which coincides with up to date training on software and workflow changes in the the office environment. Support Fully supported software, by telephone, email, help systems and updates and revisions as required. Further Requirements System rules and changes that apply to the business in some cases extending the functionality of your product to involve more of your business processes.
